These Terms and Conditions apply when you use a website, application, or service operated by SYVR Studios LLC. By using a SYVR Studios service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown inside that service.
Using our services
Use SYVR Studios services only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, misuse another person's account, or use the service to harm other people or systems.
Some products may require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure.
SMS messaging program
SYVR Studios sends transactional text messages to people who have given clear consent. These messages may include:
- Account, billing, subscription, or service notifications.
- One-time verification codes requested during sign-in or account verification.
- Replies to customer support requests you started.
Opting in
You may opt in through the SYVR Studios SMS consent form or another SYVR product form that contains the same disclosure. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your account activity and support requests. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms control those charges.
Stopping messages or getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. We may send one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, or email info@syvr.dev.
Delivery
Mobile carriers do not guarantee message delivery. SYVR Studios and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by network availability, device settings, or carrier systems.
Third-party services
Some SYVR Studios products connect to services operated by other companies. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for content or systems we do not control.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or retire a service when needed. If a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice through the service or the contact information connected to your account when reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
